being in the fashion business for the last four years I've seen and learned a lot things in this business. I would say the biggest thing I've learned in the fashion is to be yourself, let your models be creative in the there styling, huds, walks, poses. Here at Renaissance we do just that let the ladies and gents be creative and express themselves on the varies runways. As a owner its my job to get the best out of each and every model, and personally that means getting to know them, there personalities, and there goals for the agency. Sometimes it takes a superman to run a super agency ! ! !
